More Stability – with new steel connectors

BIG LEDUP pro is equipped with newly developed steel connectors. They ensure a stable and precise connection of the frame profiles and increase overall structural rigidity — even at maximum heights and widths.

 

 

faster Setup 

The new feet of BIG LEDUP pro enable completely tool-free assembly. Thanks to the patented V-Lock system, they can be installed quickly and intuitively while ensuring a secure and stable stand of the system. This saves time during setup and reduces effort—especially at frequently changing locations.

 

 

Optimized cable managemnt 

A revised cable management system within the frame ensures a clean appearance without visible cables. Recessed pogo-pin contacts further enhance safety and reliably protect the connection points.

Modular, flexible & expandable 

Like the classic BIG LEDUP, BIG LEDUP pro is based on a modular system design. Starter modules and extension modules can still be combined tool-free and adapted to individual spatial and presentation requirements — now with even greater stability and convenience.

 

 

 

PATENTED CONNECTOR SYSTEM

The patented connector system allows you to assemble BIG LEDUP pro quickly and easy, with no need for tools. Small clamping in the system connectors allow assembly without tools and prevent the system parts sliding apart before the digital print is attached.

 

MOBILITY

Despite its increased stability, BIG LEDUP pro remains fully mobile. All components are packed in robust ABS hard-shell cases with precisely fitted foam inserts. This ensures safe transport, organized storage, and fast assembly — even with frequent use.

PRINT

Two high-quality printing processes are available –
depending on your requirements and intended use:

UV print – for brilliant colors and razor-sharp details
In UV printing, liquid UV ink is applied directly to the surface of the textile and instantly cured with UV light. The ink remains on the fabric surface, resulting in:

- Intense, opaque colors

- Maximum detail precision

- Sharp, high-contrast graphics

 

Note: UV-printed fabrics should only be stored rolled, as folding may cause cracking in the ink.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sublimation print – for long-lasting colors and flexible handling
In sublimation printing, special ink is printed onto the fabric and then infused into the fibers using heat. The result:

- Vibrant, brilliant colors

- Permanent color bonding within the fabric

- Space-saving storage through careful folding

 

Please note: A fully opaque, solid color application like with UV printing is not possible with sublimation printing.
